Good Points

staff very helpful, nice ring


Bad Points

Was never told that when bringing the engagement ring back to get it resized as they only do in 1 size, that it would take 3 months.


General Comments

I bought an engagement ring as I was proposing to my girlfriend, when I brought it they told me that if I just brought it back they would get it altered to the right size because they come in 1 size only. we returned the next day after i purchased the ring and was told that it would take 3 months for the ring to be returned as it was being sent to hong kong! The mrs wasn't happy, everyone congratulating us but no ring!
Also we can't have our engagement party until the ring is here. complete nightmare.
