It only takes 15 minutes of phone number crunching time to speak to a real person.
Poor in handling transfer to Morgan Stanley.
Very poor in handling payment queries, Quick to charge interest where it is not due.
Their 24/7 line advertised on their web site only operates within office hrs.
Taken 3 weeks and believe me a lot of hassle to sort out a payment that was made to the old Goldfish account instead of the new Morgan Stanley account and have put the onus on the cardholder to sort it out. Their poor communication has left their internet paying cardholders with a real problem in retrieving any payments made to the old handling bank.
