02 use to be great, always getting free stuff, rewards.
Now they can't even send me the right phone...
Next day delivery? Is that why I waited two weeks?
THEN got sent the wrong color phone.
They care about there pay and go customers customers they can leave when ever you want, but when you're on contract they don't seem to care as much because you're signed to a contract.
I'd go with orange or tmobile for contract.
