Good Points

Speedy, very efficient check-in at both Glasgow (12th June 08) and Vancouver (2nd July 08)
Seats comfortable, plenty leg room (Premium Economy).
Blanket pack
Choice of meal


Bad Points

Quality of meal not so good as with a rival company three years previously, and served on normal plastic trays, instead of china plates (rival company).
Would have welcomed an eye mask and ear plugs for night flight home.


General Comments

Zoom Airlines gave a very pleasant experience in all. We had read other reviews with some trepidation, and were very pleasantly surprised. The best check-ins we have ever had in any flight! Disembarkation efficient as was luggage handling.
