The pram is nice to look at and my baby loves the pattern inside the hood.
The wheels on mine have broken twice making steering similar to pushing a broken shopping trolley. The zip on the footmuff has broken. The carseat is very heavy and difficult to get onto the wheels. Customer service is terrible in my experience.
After just 4 weeks using the Mamas and Papas Herbie Ziko, the front wheels had become like shopping trolley wheels, they kept locking and sticking and steering became a nightmare. I took the pram back to the shop and (after and hour and a half of me standing there whilst they looked at it and scratched their heads) they sent the frame back to head office to be looked at. When the pram came back over a week later they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but replaced the front wheels for me anyway. After another 4 weeks exactly the same thing happened again, although this time the front wheels had also started to fall off randomly when I was going up curbs etc. They sent the pram off again and it came back with a report saying they couldn't find anything wrong. This time they had given me a loan of exactly the same pram and in just 1 week the same thing was happening with that, which leads me to think there might be a design fault with that model. I am now at the end of my tether as the shop will not offer me any solution... I am probably going to have to buy another pram. What at waste of £600!!
