General Comments

The plastic shelves on this Samsung SR457NTS are of a poor quality. The milk/juice shelf in the door was replaced twice under warranty and has broken for the third time. The vegetable box and every single shelf in the body and door of the fridge is now either cracked and/or broken after about 3 years use. This is the worst fridge I have ever bought.
