1. When you ring XLN Telecon you get a human
2. The human knows exactly what they are talking about and resolves the issue ahead of time
3. Everything just works.
4. They offer a great Business Broadband package which includes amazing value telecom deals as well with discounted rates on mobiles.
5. They proactively ring you to warn you of unexpected cost-incurring activities on your account
6. They proactively migrate to 24MB download speed as soon as technically possible.
I've used about 6 broadband providers in my time, in various properties. XLN Telecom has totally exceeded my expectations in all areas.
