The free internet and poor customer service.
The only thing you need to know about talktalk is that the internet is free, sounds good but what that actually means is that they are under no contract to you to fulfill the order in a specified time frame - the service you do get you can't complain about (you don't have a contract). Then they charged me for paper bills that I didn't ask for!
When I raised these questions with their customer services I was told there's nothing I can do, he was right because I can't afford down-time on my broadband!
