None as far as I can see
Network Reception is complete rubbish (I never get reception where other networks do)...I am not exaggerating it is REALLY REALLY bad to the point where I must change networks now
Disconnection policy for pay monthly is primitive (you have to write to them by letter)
Customer service is poor but so are most call centrers.
