Bad point... the metal on my pram or some component set shops security alarm system off.

General Comments

The iCandy Apple is great and easy to maneuver...compact with a adjustable handle height, which i think is great when you are trying to fit in to a tight space such as a lift

Please can any advise whether they have had the same problem with the store security systems? Its too embarrassing...it mainly does it when i am entering the store...

   Mine does the same!! It's really embarrassing. I've stopped using it and it's really annoying because people always look at you.

   Mine too!!! I've complained to I Candy who acknowledged the problem and replaced the shassey but the new one still sets the alarms off. I dread going in and out of shops as its so embarrassing I've even been asked to go back in to a store by the security guard who thought I'd been shop lifting!! It's a shame as apart from this problem the pushchair is great. I'm taking the pushchair back to the store I bought it from today and if the problem can't be rectified I'm going to demand a full refund, after spending over £500 on this pushchair and accessories you don't expect to attract this embarrassing attention!!

   i am getting my chassis replaced on wednesday and will let you know if this one is better or the same. please let me know how you get on with refund as i will be doing the same if my new chassis does not rectify the problem! i feel it is really awful to be treated this way in shops and especially when we have spent a fair amount on our pushchair! it is a shame as i also agree that apart from this fault i love my i-candy.
