Room small.
We booked a hotel room for 2 people and received a closet size room at Knotts Berry Farm Hotel Resort. We went to the front desk and asked about getting a bigger room. We could barely walk around the bed it was so small. We were told it would be the same price for a 2 queen bed room but unfortunately they didn't have anything available. I then called Expedia and asked what can they about this and they said their systems were down call the next day but were told if we didn't like the room we should go somewhere else and maybe we would get our money back. We finally did end up leaving one of the reasons is because our room had bed bugs. It was disgusting. When we complained nobody did anything about it so we had someone come in and verify the bugs. I will never use Expedia again nor will I stay at any hotels that are recommended by them.
