Price is usually competitive and site is well laid out.
Find it pretty unfathomable how a pre-order for a CD or DVD then becomes "out of stock" on release. Are these guys not able to check how many items they have coming into stock against how many pre-orders have been taken?
Will only be using Play.com for in stock items as they do not appear to care about making customers wait (I didn't receive an email or notification of the possible delay). I had to get on their case and even then, isn't having to wait for pre-ordered products against the reasons for pre ordering in the first place? I am just sick of Play.com's pre-ordering which on the last 3 occasions has meant that I have had to go elsewhere. At least Amazon tells you how many are in stock and Tesco does send pre-ordered items out once they are released.
Avoid pre-ordered items is my advice!
