Leg room, in-flight entertainment
Arm rest locked in place.
All in all a good experience with Thomas Cook. Flew from Manchester to Las Vegas on one of the Airbus A330's with the new legroom 33", and I can say I was very impressed with the amount of space. Down side is the armrests are now locked in place and cannot be raised but hey, I guess you can't complain. Food was pretty good for an airline, and at the end of the day its not a restaurant. Plane left about an hour late due to a problem with the electrics.
Coming home similar experience, good overall flight.
I am going with them again to Florida in September, so really can't have had a bad experience. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. If you want a first class service fly BA Club or Virgin Upper Class.
