Not much really.
Bad Points
Flew Manchester to Galway in June with Aer Arann from Terminal 1. I thought it was a shambles - not Aer Arann's fault as they were removed to some downstairs basement for check-in. I've used Manchester many times before but this was the worst ever - I could see no clear signs for where to proceed to after check-in, and a Manchester airport official who I found to be very rude.
General Comments
