Appalling customer service. My Egg card was used fraudulently. It has taken Egg since November to sort it out (it is now July). They then closed my account because I had been delinquent for 120 days. At no stage did they write to me to inform me that my account was delinquent - they relied on emails that I never received. My credit rating was totally messed up for months. You cannot get the same answer twice from their "customer services" and getting hold of the fraud desk is nigh on impossible. Hopeless! Only after prompting several times did the repay me the money I was in credit with them at the end.
