They are very competitive on price.


General Comments

Unbelievably Esure do not seem to have any approved contractors to carry out insurance repairs. They just want to write a cheque. This is fine if you have minor damage or know a good contractor. What happens when a car hits your house and causes several thousand pounds worth of damage? Answer - find your own builder and they'll send a cheque. As a result of someone else's careless driving we are left with the headache of finding quotes and reliable builders. What is the point of having insurance if it doesn't take care of all the hassle you get in such a situation? You only find out how good your insurance company is when you make a claim - esure offer a cheap price but at the expense of poor service.
