These guys are quick enough to take your money but when it comes to getting it back its a whole different situation. I was told my refund would be in my account within 28 days. Today is the 28th day. Guess what? No refund! So I call them up, and automatically get through only to be shoved to another department, being on hold for 20 minuites! Only to hear 'Please hold' from another advisor and waiting another 15 minuites! Then when I finally get through and ask about my refund they're now telling me it is 28 days, but the money wont be in my account for 28 days as the refund is processing?! The company has the most atrocious customer care department, when I said I wasnt happy and wanted an explination she advised me to write in, no apology, no reasurrance, no refund!
