Good Points

Good points? Only really need one hand to count that... they have nice helpful people in the shop... thats about it.

Bad Points

Customer service is very slow in replying to emails, 5 days its taken them so far, international roaming rates are additonal charges on top of your tarriff, instead of coming out of your credit allowance. Coverage is bad, especially whilst in town centres... International costs are high, £7.90 per MB data transfer.... that is hiddeous.

General Comments

DO NOT GO TMOBILE. Orange are better, especially as they now have unlimted data transfer plans... cant wait to move.
