Good Points

Too many stores. Easy approachable/available. Assistants are very friendly at first.

Refund policy. Store prices and online prices were different.


General Comments

I bought a Sony Ericsson W350i from Carphone Warehouse (pay as you go on T-Mobile). In the morning I checked the prices it said £59.95 + £10.00(sim price and credit) so I had to pay £69.95 for this phone unlocked with a T-Mobile sim. But unfortunately I went to the store and bought that same phone on same network and paid £79.95 for it. £10 more. I confirmed the price with the store assistant quite a few times. She told me that it is £79.95 either when you buy online or instore. I said nothing thinking that the online price or I might be wrong. Then I went home with this phone (paid £79.95) and checked the prices again online. It again showed £69.95. I was quite annoyed and went back to the store. The same member of staff then told me that the prices may be different online. I was told me that Carphone Warehouse do not have any return policy as well. I thank god I didn't loose my temper over there!
