Good Points

Everything, I love this machine!
A well made machine.

Bad Points

Not really bad, but it is very heavy if you need to move it.

General Comments

It may seem expensive but in this case you get what you pay for, a machine that is built to last . I have had nearly every make of washing machine and all lasted at the most 18 months at an average of £199 each the £420 I paid for this Miele makes it excellent value for money. It washes cleaner than any machine I have ever owned. You only need one washing tablet and not two as recommended by people selling washing powder.

Customer service was brilliant too; when I rang to register guarantee they gave me an extra 5 year warranty for free !
Has a half hour wash that washes as well as a longer wash.
Very good design door opens to left found this much better
I would recommend this machine to anyone!
