The rooms are quite spacious, clean and welcoming.
The catering facilities were appalling - the link with Road Chef doesn't work at all. We waited 20 minutes to be served at the buffet as food was not ready and then left in disgust. Not enough towels in the room.
Good rooms let down by the link to the caterers. Premier should find another company supply them as Road Chef are slow, expensive and unreliable.
