Good Points

I LOVE this book, this man is a Genius I dont know how he does it all i know is that I'm glad i read this book. I became a non smoker as soon as I turned that last page.

Bad Points

The only thing I can think of is that I couldn't get through the book quick enough!

General Comments

I have recommended this book to every smoker i know, (3 at work have already become non smokers). I know everybody says i couldn't believe a book could help me quit but it does!
I haven't smoked sinced I read the book I haven't even thought about smoking since i read it! And for someone who smoked honestly between 25-30 day i think the man deserves a medal!
