Friendly helpful staff and good understanding of technical knowledge. 3D excellent design service instore which is useful for imaging our dream bathroom. Efficient delivery service
short staffed and location hard to find at first.
Good quality of products at Bathstore and free spare parts even after 2 years of having a wc fitted. Even when staff didn't know answer to questions, they phoned and spoke to informative technical team within minutes i had technical drawings of measurements of my bath and wc and knew how to put in the waste correctly. Would recommend the Bathstore Bristol Filton Branch as they take their time to help even when rushed off their feet.
