D(F)OA: Dead (Flowers) On Arrival! No customer service. No phone number. No accountability. No refund policy.
I ordered some flowers from www.fineflora.com for my mother for Mothers Day, March 2008. However, when my mother received them through the post, two out of four bunches appeared to be dead, and the other two were already wilting. When I contacted the company (only e-mail contact possible), I was told that the company policy is only to send replacements, not give refunds. My feeling was that the day itself was ruined for my mother (and me) and simply sending another bunch would not put it right. Will never use again.
