Each time they fail to provide basic service, they credit my phone account with a fiver. They are so bad that the £5 credits to the phone account mean I haven't had to pay for a single phone call yet.
General Comments
Tried to transfer to Toucan. Their website lost my MAC code, and they asked by email. I responded, but their email address didn't exist! So I sent it to their helpline email. Another request for the MAC code, from the same inoperative email . So I phoned them and dictated the MAC code. After another week, they sent another request for the MAC code. I wrote a formal complaint letter by post, sending another (4th) copy of the MAC code. I got a written response promising action, but this week (one month after their reply to my formal letter), they phoned to say that the MAC code has timed out.
