Bad Points

They delivered the completely wrong flowers.
I found it impossible to contact them by phone.
I could only email them via a form on their website. Even when they sent me a mail I could not reply to it.

They delivered the completely wrong flowers.
I did not receive an email confirmation that the flowers had been sent.
I did not receive the photo as their site says.
I found it impossible to contact them by phone.
I spoke to their other offices but the person I spoke to seemed unhelpful.

I thought they were unreliable and unhelpful.
