Works perfectly with XP - I have 4Gig RAM installed and Athlon x2 Processor and radeon x1950Pro AGP graphics
I tried installing VISTA Ultimate assuming that because all my components were VISTA certified, that it would be OK. - The VISTA certified ATI graphics card is not supported by the VISTA certified Motherboard and so I get Windows 3.11 graphics capability.
A good Mobo for XP users.
Beware of the limitations when using VISTA though.
As a VISTA certified Mobo it is absolutely useless with a dual core processor and ATI graphics card combination. (The manufactures of the Mobo will never be producing drivers for ATI graphics cardss.
