E-mail admin department which took 3 days to reply

General Comments

Managed to speak to admin on the phone and they were impatient and rude. My wife's flights were booked as Mr instead of Mrs and they wanted £80 to change it - that's higher charges than a bank!

   I am a travel agent and i hope you did not pay the £80 your wife would have been able to travel regardless as your title doesn't matter due to the fact that it isn't in your passport.
