Good Points

Power, Accuracy, Looks, Finish, Balance, Weight, Can be modified in so many different ways.

Bad Points

Without modifying the grips they are slightly cheap plastic ones, wooden modifications are much better! End sight notch is a bit cheap feeling.

General Comments

My 2240 is technically a 1740 as it has been converted down from .22 to .177.
Very good gun still though, 10" barrel etc
accurate and sufficiently powerful for pest control up to 20 metres

    Please forgive my ignorance, I am new to airgunning. Why would you want to down grade from .22 to .177? Please explain. Thank you
