Good point, I rode of the Megabus once before and found it fairly comfortable and very convenient. I intend to use two seats since I paid so much for the tickets!
However, you need to be aware of the following:
The situation is: you bought tickets for 2 passengers in one transaction. Not too uncommon...
Here's the kicker: Even though you get two confirmation numbers Megabus cannot change one reservation without changing the other. So, if you buy two tickets.
Your options are: You can change both tickets or pay double.
