Plenty.
Parcelforce try to deliver when most people are working so I ring to arrange the parcel to be left at a local PO, after 45 mins of ringing someone finally answers, when I tell them I would like it leaving at my local PO at extra cost to me, they told me that "They will have a go". Inspiring a lot of confidence, I must say. Parcel never arrived at PO. Another 45 minutes ringing to be told that the parcel is still in a depot 20 miles away and if I want it I will have to pick it up myself. What? Make a 40 mile round trip to pick up a parcel I've paid £20 to have delivered?! Complained to Customer Service but little joy.
