Not delivered on time
Nothing like photo on website - why bother having photos?
100% customer satisfaction - I don't think so
Flowers not delivered on the day promised and after complaint the flowers delivered were cheap looking yellow plants - not the 2 pink orchids I ordered!
Experienced poor customer service - just refer to substitution policy which seems so broad that they may as well not have photos. I feel Flora Queen have taken money without supplying what I ordered.
