Good Points

Quick, friendly service, managed to answer all of my intricate questions with no "sales spiel". Fast payout.


Bad Points

Having to pay train fare to get to the office to sign documents and taking time off work. Having to pay £19.50 - £49.00 to be informed about the company even though you could probably find them on the web direct. This is not a bad reflection on everday loans whatsoever, just the brokers who direct you to them after paying lots of cash.


General Comments

I felt that the service was honest and more competitive than APR advertised, no penalties if you pay the loan back early or extra payments here and there, did ask about life insurance, PPI etc, but didn't badger too much. Nice offices, Lots of information provided and I was able to email my online bank statements, no grilling over entries of accounts. A worth well experience for perople who have a poor credit history. Certainly a responsible lender. Very impressed for sub prime lender.
