Good Points

On arrival we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and catered for vegetarians, you really couldn't fault the complex especially the pool areas.
The entertainment was varied and there was something for everyone.


Bad Points

The Beds are a little hard but we soon got used to them.


General Comments

We had never been to Lanzarote before and plenty of people told us their horror stories but from the moment we arrived we found everyone so very friendly and the service was excellent.
Always something lovely to eat even though I am a vegetarian. The entertainment catered for almost everyone (Unless you're a bendiorm fan) The room was very very clean and spacious. The best part was the pool area as it had a quiet area and an activity area. We enjoyed the constant breeze and had a lovely holiday. We have booked for this July again.
