no answer to my e mails, even after ringing them about a problem

General Comments

I tried to cancel prima and new woman magazine which i got through Kaleidoscope and they told me to cancel them myself, which i did with the publishers, was still being charged for them ,e mailed and rang countless times ,they sorted out prima magazine, but are still charging me for new woman magazine which has been out of circulation since april,have rang and e mailed them about this, and been told to cancel it myself again, have e mailed them yet again and have refused do this ,as i told them how can i cancel something that is not being published any more. left the ball in their court, but i am still being billed for this magazine, they seem uninterested,will pay up my a/c with them and they will have lost a good customer.
