They were great when I first booked my holiday- could not do enough to help you.
Did not realized that they book everything separate, from flight, hotel & transfers.
I had to cancel my holiday with Travel Republic, as Goldtrail cancelled the flight to another day, they did give alternative flights from other airports, & and different days, but theses were not convenient for us as were could not get the time off from work, after several phone calls, travel republic said I would get a full refund, on checking with my bank, they only refunded the flight price, not the accommodation, phoned them up again after twelve minutes or so, I still could not get any answers to why I had not got a full refund, so I asked to speak to the manager, conveniently was out at lunch, so I was told that they would ring me back I am still waiting, by the way, each phone call is 5p a minute, I have been on the phone approx each call for between 22-55minutes each time & still got nowhere.
