The whole experience has been an absolute disaster. I would not use this company to book anything. The manager I spoke to is possibly the rudest most obnoxious individual I have ever had to deal with. They over- charged us and then refused to give us a price breakdown of which we are still fighting for as the 'customer service' department is not responding to our letters. And there is conveniently no telephone number for them. The only reason we know this is that the poor girl at Holiday Auto's (the company they use to book the cars) told me what the charge should be.
Flight Centre are an absolute disgrace.
