Cant get connected even with the modem provided by Talk Talk. When we were persuaded to change to Talk Talk from AOl we were told everything would stay the same. Interactivity of web aol mail is not as easy or as good as AOL proper.
I have been using talk talk for the last 4 months and cant get connected. I have to keep disconnecting my router. I want to be able to leave my computer on so that it can download programme guide for my media centre to record tv, however every time I go back to the router it has lost its connection. On perusal of the security log it says the LCP is down. When you contact talk talk the technical side take you through some steps and then refer you to another tech support.
