General Comments

Well the furniture looked great on the www.slotfurniture.com website. But we still haven't seen it after 2 weeks of calls; we placed our order 8 weeks ago. The order number leads to a business reply service and the MD doesn't answer his mobile to us currently.

We are owed money or furniture and we have no one to speak to. Does this company still trade? My advice would be shop elsewhere.

    Hi paul, I've got the same problem! I placed an order with same company and I've not been able to get through to them on the phone since. I've sent them an e-mail too but received no reply. I've not had any money taken from my account yet. Do you think I'd be best giving up on them and telling my bank to block any withdrawal and shopping elsewhere? I can't understand how seemingly there can be no-one manning their contact tel number for 2 weeks and there's no explanation on an answering machine!

    Tony we have cancelled our order now now and asked for our money back but it is only an email address we can ask. I would save your money before it's to late.
