Delays poor communications
Booked on flight km6606v this turned out to be late. We went to check in and were given a meal voucher and told there was a one hour delay! We knew what to expect as soon as they gave us a voucher, after 4 hrs + we boarded the plane, no leg room no entertainment, no communications just a feeble excuse about the delay, we arrived at our hotel too late to go out so went to bed, return journey even worse, once again given a voucher, did get an airmalta a320 airbus flight time 11-15pm this was changed a number of times finally to 4-15pm, once again no leg room, no entertainment, couldn't get the tray down as the seat in front was too close. After dis-embarking we had to wait 45 minutes for our luggage to be off-loaded, got home just in time to go shopping.
