They do answer the phone.
Customer service.
I had 2 parcels collected on Monday with Interparcel, got routed to the wrong depot, was told it was on a train to the correct depot, Tuesday.
Wednesday, still no parcel in the correct depot no one can find it now but will put on special delivery for b4 10am the next day.
Still no parcel now they think it has been lost altogether. Well believe it or not but this box is 33kg and a two man lift!
