Customer service. Received faulty Goods and awful delivery.
Ordered desks and chairs was told delivery within 5 days. 2 weeks later we had to go and collect the goods ourselves. Luckily we run a transport company so we had to go and collect the stuff ourselves. We had no discount offered for this. One of the chairs didn't work it kept sinking. We phoned them and got no answer. On the second call they said they would send a replacement part which they eventually did with no instructions. We were unable to change gas part so asked for replacement or someone to come and fix it they said they couldn't replace it and if they sent someone to fix it we would have to pay for it. Waiting for someone to call back regarding problems was made all the more frustrating by calls from their sales team.
