Refusal to accept return of faulty goods.
I recently bought an LCD TV from Currys Burnley branch. The picture was great but the sound was terrible when I hooked it up to my hi-fi. Customer Services (helpline) told me to take it back to the store, but when I got there they refused to accept the fault because EVERY DMTECH TV in the store had the same fault!
I felt they did everything in there power to hinder my progress, and I have had to resort to contacting DSG by email. I am well within my rights, and they're processing my complaint now, so hopefully I'll get my money back soon.
I may post again if they make up for the inconvenience, but suffice to say for now that I am not amused. :-(
