Good Points

My friend was on this diet for a while and lost a good 10 kilograms. He could have lost more but he didn't exactly stop eating so much junk food on his days off. I've been on this diet plan for 2 weeks and have lost about 4 kgs now. I'm planning on being on it for a good month or so.

Bad Points

No bad points as yet, it's great, planned meals for three days.

General Comments

I've noticed people saying they had meat, beans & carrots for the first day dinner, where my plan was meat, beans & beetroot. Also adding seasoning and sauces to the meals, is this allowed, I thought you could only add salt & pepper. Is substituting beetroot with carrots alright?

Just wondering what others eat on their days off? Do you go back to eating what you use to before you started the diet or do you go for th more healthy style?

Hi, just th0ought id give you the substitutions for the diet

    Substitutions
Some people use the following substitutions for the 3 day diet:

    Orange instead of Grapefruit
Tuna instead of Cottage cheese (and vice versa)
Frozen yogurt instead of Ice Cream
Cauliflower instead of Broccoli (and vice versa)
Green beans instead of Broccoli or Cauliflower
    Beets instead of Carrots
Toast instead of 5 crackers (vice versa)

YOURE DOING THE RIGHT THING......It doesnt say this in all the 3 day diet lists.
