General Comments

I ordered my flowers at 0830 and paid for express delivery and even wrote the instructions in the special instructions area - I called about the delivery at 2:56pm to check on the delivery at that time I was told the florist 1) did not see the special instructions until at that moment and 2) they elected to wait (even though I clearly paid for express delivery) because they did not have any good daisies at that time. But assured they would deliver now to the work address. Called at 5pm to recheck because NO FLOWERS still - told they were delivered at 1:30pm? When pointed out the earlier problem I was told there was nothing they could do until tomorrow am when the florist opens... this was the poorest service I have ever dealt with, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this site for anything!
