No real issues since connection apart from slow speeds.
1. Initial connection took five separate visits even though the cable had already been installed by a previous tenant. They didn't turn up for two of the visits, for which I was offered £20 compensation.
2. Telephone customer service is appalling.
3. Speed is nothing like 4Mb/s advertised. I would never recommend virgin media to anyone.
