Notchy gearshift, had one or two minor niggly faults, clutch slave cylinder leaked, a well known fault is that the drivers door mechanism can fail and it won't open from the inside. Fuse went on 12v socket.
Very good economy, never does less than 60mpg, once got it to 78mpg on a deliberately economical country run. Attractive car, livelier than you might expect from a small diesel (75bhp). Handles very well. Liked much better than the Panda, which we test drove, far roomier and more comfort. As a cheap car used as a runabout, very happy with it.
