everything about Blooming Delightful, thought they were Blooming dreadful.
I ordered a bouquet to go to my friend in Paris as their website advertises they deliver to Europe.
I found out a few days after my friends Birthday the flowers were never received, after speaking to Blooming Delightful they said they no longer deliver to France, however they had debited 17.99 from my card.
I have since had an email confirming they were waiting on new card machines and therefore could not process my refund, I was assured my refund would be sorted. Still no refund as of yet. I have since emailed 3 times. I have received no replies yet to the emails I have sent them. I am APPALLED.
