The jousting show was really good, they just need to work on the speaker system as we could not hear!! The other good point was going home!!
Catering, the food outlet in the food court, we ordered a 6 piece chicken bucket, on the first bite appeared nice and hot on the second the chicken was still frozen in the middle! This was totally stomach churning, young staff in charge of cooking, appeared inexperienced.
To serve chicken still frozen in the center is unacceptable, food safety is paramount in a place where there is a quick turnover in service, for a business like this and my dealings with them since has really opened my eyes, no one answered my written complaint and it took me three weeks later to speak to someone in charge and her answer left me in shock I found her customer relation skills are much left to be desired!
