I lost 2 stone on the GI diet pills with no side affects (unlike Fenfedra!) I carried on eating the same as I always had and didnt exercise any more than before and didnt put the weight back on for about 9months after.
Bad Points
None! other than the fact that they stopped making the pill!
General Comments
Fab diet pill, would reccomend 100% to anyone. No side affects being a huge plus! Lost 2 stone over about 2months. Just a shame that they stopped making them! Trying to find their equivalent now, proving to be a difficult task
